
1. Exchange Policy
1.1. The product received contains a manufacturing defect. The defect must not be due to misuse, wear, and tear, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc. For validation of a manufacturing defect, the respective products’ brand service center/ distributor in Singapore reserves the right to determine if the item contains a manufacturing defect and if a 1-to-1 exchanged will be granted.
1.2. There are missing parts or components that should come with the product based on its brand and model.
1.3 If your order or product purchase falls under the 2 conditions above, within 7 days of receiving your order, please send us an email to Equiry@acousticsinmition.sg.com with your order number, name, contact and we will arrange for your items to be exchanged.
1.4 For 1-on-1 exchange the original packing must be kept in-tact. (Subject to availability of stock on hand, refer to point 1.7)
1.5 Exchange will only apply within 7 days of receiving your order. (Subject to availability of stock on hand)
1.6 After 7 days, you will have to bring the product to the respective brand’s service center for warranty, servicing and repair matters. The respective brand’s distributor and/ or brand appointed service centers will determine if the issue is covered under the warranty by the brand.
1.7 Should there be a situation that an immediate exchange of the item is not available due to an out of stock issue of the same product, we will offer you a credit note (credit voucher) of the product amount.
1.8 The credit note must be used within 1 month from the date of issue. Extension of the expiry date of the credit note (credit voucher) is not permitted.
1.9 For cases of exchanges, customer will have to bring down the product directly to the respective brands service center for exchanges if the conditions of exchanges are met.
2. Warranty Policy
2.1 For all the brands that we carry, it comes with a 1-year limited warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of purchase from Acoustic-in Motion in Singapore unless otherwise stated.
2.2 All warranty, servicing, and repairs are covered by the respective brand’s distributor and/ or brand appointed service centers in Singapore and not Acoustics-in Motion. Warranty coverage for different brands will differ.
2.3 Warranty does not apply to misuse, wear, and tear, abuse, neglect, accident, improper use, etc.
2.4 For your warranty to be valid, please provide your original proof of purchase.
2.5 The warranty is valid in the original country of purchase only.
2.6 For items covered under the warranty, do note that time will be required for servicing and repairs. There will be no 1-to-1 exchange/ replacement for a new item or replacement item provided during the period of servicing or repairs.
2.7 For cases of exchanges, customers will have to bring down the product directly to the respective brands service center for exchanges if the conditions of warranty and servicing are met.
